Jon Wright opened Elite in 2002 knowing that the primary focus would be centered around 100% customer satisfaction.  He prides himself in his always evolving company with constant learning, adapting, improvement and growth. His main goals are to gain lifetime customers and to give his employees a great working atmosphere where they are more than just employees but valued members of the company.

Co- Owner -

Gillyan is Jon’s wife and works with Elite part time, secondary to raising their three children.  Being a Christian family and knowing the importance of volunteer work, Gillyan is often the one who handles marketing and events for Elite.  Both her and Jon were raised in Pataskala and see the importance of benefiting the local youth sports, churches and community.  If you have any donation, fund raising, or local marketing questions she will typically be the one to handle that.  She also enjoys working in the office and speaks directly with customers on a regular basis.

Customer and Insurance Relations

Every customer will be in close communication with Alisha. She is the primary source of communication.  She works directly with the customer and Insurance adjusters.  If we are working on your vehicle we will give you constant updates. They will typically come from Alisha but may also come from Luther our Collision Center Manager. Feel free to call any time with any questions or concerns.  Alisha will be here to help you & navigate your way through your repair process.

Collision Center Manager

Luther is the shop manager and organizes vehicle repairs, restorations and parts ordering. There may be times when you communicate with Luther to discuss your repair or renovation.  You may also hear directly from other certified technician, Frank or Shane to make sure that you are in the know of up to date on important matters pertaining to your vehicle.


Korbin oversees all aspects of accounting meaning payroll, receivables and day to day operations.  When you are ready to cash out he will be there to assist you.  Elite offers many conveniences and up to date payment options for our customers. Korbin can email you an invoice, allow you to pay via web, and set up a delivery for your vehicle if you are unable to make it into our shop.  Of course we love when our customers come in as well so that we can develop personal relationships. Either way your time with us will be smooth and hassle free.

Roadside Service Manager

Tim is in charge of our roadside assistance fleet.  He manages all 4 of our locations. We currently have a total of 93 roadside assistance drivers.  Any time you  need roadside assistance or have questions, Tim will be here for you with answers and get you the help you need in a timly manner.
